1. Give me the details on the shirts and body suits!  Sizing, fabric, etc…

We’ve been told our shirts run a litte bit small.

2.  Can I get my ordered expedited? Do you do overnight shipping?

To allow us to offer the lowest price to our customers, we offer only standard shipping through the site.  Due to the current influx of holiday purchases, orders should arrive within approx 7 days (but often much sooner).  If your order has not been received within this time please contact us and let us know.  If you’d like a tracking number for your order or would like to twist our arms into expediting shipping for your order give us a shout!

 

3. How are the products printed?

All of our funny shirts and body suits are printed using an advanced Direct-to-Garment printing process.

Don’t be fooled by other sites offering cheap tees and infant body suits with iron-on designs!  Iron-ons quickly fade away and definitely don’t hold up in the wash!

Direct to garment printing is also significantly more eco-friendly than screenprinting (and we’d argue significantly more comfortable to wear). While screen printing and other methods often use synthetic plastisol-based inks, DTG printers use environmentally-friendly, water-based inks.

 

4. Can my order be returned/exchanged?

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If BadMouthBaby has incorrectly filled or shipped your order please let us know immediately by contacting us and making known the issue. If we’re at fault, we’ll get you a full refund or exchange (your choice) as soon as possible!

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally. This may be an option in the future, but presently orders can only be mailed within the United States.

 

6. How do you price your shirts so cheap? Are you crazy?

We pride ourselves on providing a quality product at a low price…and we can do it because we don’t have some fancy-schmancy office in NYC, a multi-million dollar ad campaign or a staff of 20. We run a tight ship, and pass the savings on to our customers. We don’t skimp on the quality either…these shirts are super-soft AND tough.
